Medieval Historical Center of Azincourt

The "Centre Azincourt 1415" is a historical interpretation center whose mission is to promote and maintain the memory of the Battle of Azincourt on October 25, 1415, and to pass on to future generations the historical and cultural legacy of the Hundred Years' War, the conflict that tore the kingdoms of France and England apart from 1337 to 1453.

Visitors are invited to journey through contrasting worlds and moods, each contributing to the staging of the story.
The rooms have been equipped with DALI three-stage track lighting and STEF 4000k LED spotlights from RAMO.
Artificial light is controlled by natural light, ensuring consistency and visual comfort throughout the day.

Places

The space, entirely on one level, unfolds a chronological itinerary articulated around the "Forums" and the "Fresco", true supports for the story of the battle.
The role of lighting is to orchestrate, in a hierarchical fashion, all these elements in order to establish the right balance between the different entities - whether emotional or educational.
