Founded in 1797, the Musée des Beaux-Arts d'Orléans is one of the oldest museums in France. It features works dating from the 15th to the 20th centuries. It boasts a collection of 2,000 paintings, 700 sculptures, over 1,200 objets d'art, 10,000 drawings, 50,000 prints and the second-largest collection of pastels in France, after the Louvre. Around 700 works are on permanent display.

Even when installed at a height of 8 m, OPUS spotlights are highly efficient. Thanks to their four-sided shutters, the beams can be precisely controlled and perfectly adjusted to the size of the panels.

Places
RAMO lighting is installed in most of the permanent exhibition rooms, which are spread over several levels: the second floor (17th-18th century painting, pastel cabinet), the entresols (19th century paintings, pastels, large-format rooms) and the basement (modern and contemporary art).
Some exhibition spaces feature ceiling heights in excess of 8 meters.
